Covina Library Mural This mural is on the front of the Public Library building in Covina, CA. The building is very unobtrusive and the Library's presence can be easily missed. So the mural is designed to give the building a strong identity in the community and also to present the Library's history as part of the history of Covina. The Covina Library was founded in 1897.
